Whatever your requirements, Apexkare Healthcare can help you to live comfortably at home. Our network of specialist carers can assist from everything from vacuuming and dusting to helping you with bathing, dressing and putting on your makeup. We are always available when you need us, and can provide friendly, professional care that meets your every need.

Our key aim is to deliver a personal, friendly and reliable alternative to the traditional care home. That way, we help clients remain independent within the privacy of their own homes supported by highly-trained care assistants who’re on-hand to help with everyday household chores, trips to the shops, cooking etc. We’ll even assist with social trips outside of the home.

Our services are highly-personalised. Meeting with both clients and their friends and families initially, we’ll design a care plan taking every possible requirement into consideration. Once that care programme is in effect, we’ll conduct regular monitoring against mutually-agreed goals that were set out, to begin with. This helps our clients maintain a level of control over the way their care is administered.

how it work ?

Our Process

Arrange free assessment

One of our Client Care Managers will respond to your enquiry and discuss in more detail your requirements. A free, no obligation, assessment time and date is arranged in your home or in the hospital to assess the level of care required.

Next Step

Following the assessment, once you are happy to proceed, a start date is agreed. On completion of the Care Plan our Client Care Manager selects a suitably qualified carer or carers who meet the requirements and needs of the client.

Introduction

The Client Care Manager will introduce the carer to the client and discuss the content of the HomeCare records folder. The Care Manager maintains regular contact with both client and carer with regular call outs and spot checks.
